First month definetly as missionary, this letter will be more personal than the others, since only you that received the link is allowed to see.
Personal Life
Last month was a great rest and realign time back home, and now we are back to the field with 100% commitment knowing that God led us here. Since my first day here, God has been highlighting Psalm 27, more specifically the verse 4 that says:
“One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.”

And as I asked God to show me how could I have this kind of devotion towards Him, He said that this is the only form of devotion He wants. A love towards Him that requires everything, full commitment. But that does not go blind, the verse says that Psalmist wants to behold the Lord’s beauty, that means that we will have more revelation on how beautiful God is. Since the moment I understood that idea, this has been my only focus.
The Mission Itself
The evangelism here now will run around two fronts, English Class and Football (Soccer). With that being said, we will be opening 2 english classes with the intention to bring more men into the classes, due to some religions, men do not like to learn with women in the same room. And with football season starting right now, more people tend to join scrimages all around the country, we will be opening some football sessions for free. While those projects doesn’t start, I will remain working some days at the coffee house, but I love to work there, even though my latte art is not perfect…. YET
Testimonies
The last 2 weeks have been great and crazy as we see God working, a man from the neighborhood had a powerful dream with Jesus, then he came to the church on Sunday marveled about what happened, and with the model that we had to make a giant bible study, this young man came with a lot of questions, but the best part came when the answers came not from the “leaders” but from everyone in the room. The body of Christ being the body of Christ.
As the young man asked for a discipleship, we connected and started to walk together, right on the next week he shared that he wants to be baptized, this man is going all in, he apparently found the beauty on the Psalm 27. He says that nothing else matters, He just wants to do what God says he has to do.

Tales, it is great to hear what God is going and how he is using you in ministry. We see his beauty in so many ways, people and creation around us. Thank you for sharing the scripture.
I still remember the scripture God gave me in the first weeks of my mission assignment. It stayed with me all those years, and story after story tells of God’s faithfulness to his word.
It is exciting to serve God doing what we naturally love to do, like soccer.
